From the Lab Settings page, Admins can set a preferred payment method, change a lab name, edit a lab's timezone and currency, and more. Read below for details on each lab setting!
Getting to the Lab Settings page:
1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org Name or the Lab Name and then click the gear icon to select the lab where you want to make changes.
2. Select the Lab you want to edit on the left sidebar and choose the Lab Settings tab.
Editing the Lab Settings
Edit any one of the following:
Lab Name
Admins can edit a lab's name at any time.
Should budget codes be copied when you re-request an item?
Choose whether or not the budget code will be copied to new requests when re-requesting an item from your order history.
Are users required to select a Type on each new request?
Select whether users are required to select an Inventory Type on new requests or if new requests should default to General Supply.
Who can edit inventory items in this lab
Select whether any user in the lab can edit inventory items, or if only Admins and item owners can edit inventory items.
Who should be notified when a new item is requested
You may have more than one Admin in your Lab, but not every one needs to be notified when a new request is added. Choose which Admin(s) should receive an email notification for new requests.

Timezone
Select the correct timezone for your lab's location. This timezone will be displayed for all users in the lab.
