Distinguish a Quartzy order from a non-Quartzy order

Note: Only labs in the US can buy from Quartzy If you would like to access this feature, please email support@quartzy.com.

The Requests module allows you to keep track of the items that are ordered in your lab. If your lab uses the Shop or receives quotes, you will be able to purchase certain items directly from Quartzy!

If you'd like the know the status of an order placed with Quartzy, check the Purchase History or look for the following details as described below!

(1) The vendor is listed as Quartzy and the orange logo is displayed.

(2) Details including the Order #, Payment information, etc. are clearly visible at the top of the item details panel.

If Quartzy is not listed as the Vendor and there are no order details at the top of the details panel, then the item was not ordered from Quartzy. If you want to know the status of that request, please contact your Lab Admin by adding a comment
