The Organization for your Quartzy account is your company or academic institution. Your Lab is your specific lab or team within your Organization. You may notice references to your Organization and your Lab while using Quartzy so this page will help explain the differences between them.
An Organization can have many Labs, while a Lab can only be associated with a single Organization. Read on to learn how to access each!
Getting to the Manage Organization page:
Note: Only Org Admins will see the gear icon next to the Org Name and be able to access the Manage Organization page.
1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org name or Lab name to open the menu. Hover your mouse over the Org Name and then click the gear icon that appears to the right.
2. The Manage Organization page is where Org Admins can add or remove members from seats, update subscription billing information and plan, and manage integrations.
Getting to the Manage Labs page:
1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org name or Lab name to open the menu. Hover your mouse over the Lab name you'd like to make changes to, and then click the gear icon that appears to the right.
2. The Manage Labs page is where you can select a tab to add or remove members, manage your lab settings, subscribe to backups, and more.

Navigating between Manage Labs and Manage Organization:
Tip for Org Admins: You can get to the Manage Organization page from the Manage Labs page by hovering your mouse over the Org Name on the left sidebar and clicking on the gear icon that appears next to it.
