Manage Labs - Backups

Keep a copy of your inventory or recent order history outside Quartzy. Select how often you want backup files to be emailed to you!

1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org Name or the Lab Name and then click the gear icon to select the lab where you want to make changes. 


2. Select the Lab you want to receive backups for and choose the Backups tab. 


3. Select how often you want to receive backups for each module: 

Last month's spend report: Select the option for On the 1st of every month and you'll receive an email every month with a CSV file compiling all requests added to that lab in the previous month.


Inventory backup: Select if you want to receive your backups Every Sunday or On the 1st of every month.


4. Access your recent Inventory backups - the newest backup file will be at the bottom of the page. 

In case of accidental edits or item deletions, find the version you want to revert to and click Download. Then import the file to the Inventory module. (Skip to step #4 on the instructions.)
