Note: Quartzy's QuickBooks Online integration is included in Professional, Enterprise, and Non-Profit subscription plans, or as an add-on to the Starter plan. 

Quartzy's integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO) helps Lab Managers and Accountants save time by eliminating tedious, manual data entry. Now, data flows automatically into your QuickBooks Online account, where you can review everything in one place.

    • Vendor
      • User selects the appropriate value from dropdown menu  
    • Memo
      • Optional; user-populated text field 
    • Tax
      • Optional; user-populated text field

    • PO Number
      • Either generated automatically or entered by user on PO page 
  • Line-item-level:
    • Pulled from the Quartzy request(s):

FAQs

How does it work? 

Quartzy's QuickBooks Online integration creates purchase orders via non-inventory products that tie to expense codes for GL impact. Rather than create POs via expenses only, items are used or created in your QuickBooks Online account automatically. The advantage of doing so is being able to sync accurate quantities at the line item level. 

 

Can Quartzy integrate with QuickBooks Desktop/etc? 

At this time, Quartzy only integrates with the web-based QuickBooks Online.
