Some Quartzy labs may have a credit limit set depending on their spend history with Quartzy. If a new order is placed that exceeds the credit limit, the following notification will appear on the order confirmation page and in the email confirmation.
New orders will be placed on hold if the credit limit has been exceeded. The lab's outstanding balance must be settled before Quartzy can fulfill new orders. Email ar@quartzy.com and our Accounts Receivable Team can assist!
