Note: Quartzy's NetSuite integration is included in Enterprise and Non-Profit subscription plans, or as an add-on to the Professional plan.
Quartzy's integration with NetSuite helps lab managers and accountants save time by eliminating tedious, manual data entry. Now, data flows automatically into your NetSuite account, and you can review everything in one place. Item Receipts ensure that you know exactly which items have been received so that you can more easily reconcile invoices.
Setup
Before you can sync Item Receipts to NetSuite, you must first sync POs to Netsuite.
Important: The Role assigned to the Access Token that you provide to Quartzy for your Netsuite PO integration must include the "Transaction > Item Receipt" permission.
Receiving
After you have a PO, click Mark Received on an item in the Ordered tab of the Requests module, and an Item Receipt will be automatically created on the relevant POs in NetSuite.
After receiving, you'll be able to see the update in two places in Netsuite.
- First, at the bottom of the PO in the "Items" section, each Item will reflect the total quantity received so far.
- Second, under "Related Records," you'll see a list of all Item Receipts on that PO. Click an Item Receipt to see which items and quantities were received.
Supported Use Cases
Aside from receiving a Request, Item Receipts are also supported in the following cases:
- Receive multiple Requests using "Group Actions"
- Receive Requests across multiple POs
- Receive a partial quantity of a Request
Item Receipts are not supported in the following cases:
- Receive Requests using the Quartzy Mobile app (coming soon)
- Revert Requests from Received status to Ordered status, then Received again
- Receive Requests that are not on a PO
