How to use Quartzy Single Sign-On (SSO): Logging in and inviting users

Note: Single Sign-On is included in the Enterprise subscription plan, or as an add-on to the Professional Plan. Contact sales@quartzy.com if interested!

Enterprise Single-Sign On (SSO) enables you to control Quartzy access from your Identity Provider (IdP), which increases the security of your data and saves users from needing yet another password. Enterprise SSO is supported on both web and mobile apps.

Logging in - with an approved domain email address

If your organization has configured Enterprise SSO, the Quartzy Login and Signup pages will automatically direct you to the appropriate IdP platform after you enter your email address.

After authenticating in your IdP, you’ll be redirected to Quartzy.

You can also click on the Quartzy app tile/link in your IdP to login:

Logging in - without an approved domain email address

If you're an existing Quartzy user that's been logging in with a personal or non-approved domain email address, you will no longer be able to login with that email if your org has Enterprise SSO at Quartzy.

Please email support@quartzy.com with an updated email address with an approved domain (ie, katie@gmail.com to katie@university.edu) so that your account can be updated.

Invitations - adding users

With SSO, users can only send invitations to email addresses that match your org's list of approved domains.
