If your lab is receiving offers in the Requests module, you will be able to purchase certain items directly from Quartzy.
If an offer is available, it will often appear immediately after a request is submitted. If an offer doesn't show up right away, don't worry! It just means we're still looking for one and you'll see the following symbol under the status.
If an offer does not become available in one business day or a Lab Admin marks the request as Ordered, an offer will not be offered on that item and you should complete your order with the original vendor.
