View the estimated ship date for existing requests

Note: Only labs at US institutions can buy from Quartzy. If you would like to access this feature, please email support@quartzy.com.

Quartzy requests can be easily tracked in your lab's Requests module, as important information like the estimated ship date is automatically updated on your requests. Read below to see how to view this information on existing requests! 

1. From the appropriate lab, go to the Requests module, and find the item you're looking for in the New, Approved, or Ordered tabs.

2.  Click on the item name to open the item's details panel

3. View the estimated ship date in the details panel:

Note: the delivery date or date range listed is an estimate of the date an item will be delivered, based on the location of your lab, the location of the shipping facility, and the shipping method.
