Change your login email address

If your email address is not managed by a single sign-on (SSO) provider, you can change your login email address from your Profile Settings.

1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and choose Profile Settings.

2. In the Email field, click Change Email.

3. Enter your new email address in the two fields, then click Send Confirmation.

4. Check the inbox of your current email address for a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link in the email to confirm the change.

5. Check the inbox of your new email address for a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link in the email to approve the change.

6. Once you've clicked both links, your login email address will be updated.

Note: If your current email address is managed by a single sign-on (SSO) provider, you will see the following message. To update your email address, you'll need to make the change with your SSO provider or IT admin.

If your new email address is managed by a single sign-on (SSO) provider, you will see the following error message. To update your login email address, please contact us at support@quartzy.com.
