Troubleshooting: Login Issues

To login to Quartzy, enter your email address and password, or use Google Login and never worry about entering a password specific to Quartzy!

Below are some common issues and potential solutions you can try if you are having trouble logging in to your Quartzy account.

 

1. You receive the message that your email/password combination isn't correct.

Wrong

  • Make sure that you are using the correct email address. It must exactly match the email used to create your account.

Tip: If you have an email alias that includes an additional domain like "@med.harvard.edu," you may need to remove (or add) the "med" section.

  • Request a new password by clicking the "Forgot password?" link and enter the email address for your Quartzy account. We'll send instructions for resetting your password to that address. 

2. You requested a new password, but did not receive the email with reset instructions.

  • Check Spam and Trash folders.
  • You may not have an account associated with the email address entered on the Forgot Password page. Email support@quartzy.com and we will help you!

3. You receive the message that your email needs to be confirmed.

  • Check your email and confirm your email address in the message we sent.

4. You invited someone (or were invited) to join Quartzy and the email invitation was not received.

  • Sign-up anyway! Use the same email address to sign-up that was used in the invitation and the invited person will automatically be added to any Labs where they were invited.
  • Check Spam and Trash folders.

5. You are unable to login via Google and never set a password for your account.

  • Email support@quartzy.com! A member of the Support Team will set a temporary password and send it to the email address associated with your account.
