Create and manage interactive freezer boxes on Quartzy. Keep track of the items in your boxes and easily see what other lab members are storing!
1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org Name or the Lab Name and then click the gear icon to select the lab where you want to make changes.
2. Choose the Locations tab. Click on the Location name to view all associated sublocations.
3. Click on the grid box icon to manage the contents of the box.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the sublocation details like box name or dimensions.
4. Once you click on the grid box icon, you'll see box details and all the contents. Here are some of the edits you can make to the freezer box:
A. Click Print to print out a box map that can be pasted to the top of your box or the front of the freezer.
B. Click the + sign to add an item to that position.
C. Click the copy icon and place that item in more positions within that box.
D. Click and drag any item to move it into a different position.
E. Click on the X to delete the item from that position.
