If your lab is receiving quotes in the Requests module, you will be able to purchase certain items directly from Quartzy.
After placing an order with Quartzy, check the status of your order at any time in the Purchase History.
1. From the Requests module, click on the Purchase History button on the right below the profile icon.
2. Under the Order Status column, view the status of the order.
Your order will be in one of the following stages:
- Confirmed - Your order was received and we are awaiting confirmation from the supplier.
- In Fulfillment - We received confirmation of your order from the supplier and are awaiting fulfillment.
- Shipped - Your order has shipped. You will see a clickable tracking number below this status once available!
- Cancelled - Your order was cancelled with Quartzy.
- Backordered - Your order has been backordered. The new estimated shipping date will appear here as well.
