Access requisition form templates in the Requests module so that you may populate your request information in a PDF and save/print out for use. Here's how!
1. From the Requests module, click the checkboxes next to the items you want to add to the requisition form, then click Create Req Form.
2. Choose your department's form from the Requisition Form Template drop-down. Fill out all required details and click Create Requisition Form.
An editable PDF will be generated, which can either be saved to email to your purchasing department, or printed out to obtain signatures and pass on to the appropriate people.
