Before a request has been marked as Ordered, the requester has the ability to cancel it. Admins have the ability to cancel any request before it is marked as Received.
There are three ways to cancel a request:
1. Click on the X to the right of the status of the request.
2. Click on the row for the request you want to cancel. Click the More dropdown and select Cancel Request.
3. To cancel multiple requests, click the checkboxes (A) next to the requests you want to cancel, click Update Status (B), and select Cancelled (C).
