Before a request has been marked as Ordered (or Approved), the Requester has the ability to cancel it. Admins have the ability to cancel any request before it is marked as Received.
Cancel one request:
Hover over the item row and click Cancel below the status update button.
Select the reason for cancellation and click Cancel Request.
Another way to cancel a single request is by clicking on the Item Name for the request you want to cancel. Click More and select Cancel Request.
Cancel multiple requests:
Select the checkboxes next to the items to be cancelled, then click Group Actions and choose Cancel Requests.
