Why do you need a backup credit card if I placed an order using a PO?

If you have not purchased from Quartzy before and you'd like to pay with a PO, we require a credit card on file in case there are any issues with receiving payment.

For POs, we send invoices with Net 30 terms to you once items have shipped. If no payment is received after 30 days, we will reach out at least twice to ensure you received the invoice and determine if there's anything we can do to facilitate payment. If we do not hear back from you and also do not receive payment after 60 days, we will automatically charge the card we have on file for you. 

If you don't have a credit card you can use for a purchase, there are other options to establish a credit history with us.
