Where are billing settings saved?

Any settings related to billing are saved at the Lab (group) level.

 

How are invoices sent?

Invoices are sent either via email or regular mail. Right now, you cannot select to receive invoices in more than one format.

 

What if I have questions about my Lab's billing settings?

A Lab Admin can send questions via email to [email protected] or if they would like to request to change the billing settings.
