Where are billing settings saved?

Any settings related to billing are saved at the Lab level. Check the Lab Settings page to view your lab's invoice method.

How are invoices sent?

Invoices are sent either via email or regular mail. Right now, you cannot select to receive invoices in more than one format.

 

What if I have questions about my Lab's billing settings?

A Lab Admin can send questions via email to ar@quartzy.com or if they would like to request to change the billing settings.
