Generating and Using Your Subscription Renewal Quote

If your lab needs to generate a quote that shows all of the details related to your lab's subscription renewal (seat count, cost, term length) follow the instructions below for how to generate a renewal quote.

This information should be used to request a new PO via your procurement department.  Once a PO number is provided, it will be added to your subscription ahead of renewal to be included on the invoice.

1. On the top left side of the toolbar, click on the Org Name or the Lab Name to open the list, and then click the gear icon next to the Org Name.

3. Click Generate Renewal Quote.  Your quote will open in your browser with all subscription details to share with the relevant team or department who requires this information prior to subscription renewal.  The PDF details the number of seats, cost, and term length of the subscription.
