Group Admins have the ability to update the status of requests in your Quartzy Group(s). They can mark them as Approved, Ordered, Cancelled, or Backordered. Here's how:
From the Requests module, select an individual Group or the All Groups option.
Approve: Indicate to the group and the requester that the request is OK to order.
Mark Ordered: Indicate to the group and the requester that the order has been placed for that request.
Mark Received: Both Admins and Members can select this option and indicate when the order for the requested item has arrived.
